This privacy notice for Barch Consulting (Barch 1 Pty Ltd) described how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share (‘process’) your information when you use our services (‘Services’), such as when you visit our website or engage with us in any other related way, including any sales, marketing, events.

This privacy policy specifies how your information will be collected and used and we can ensure this is done in a lawful and respectful way. What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. You can withdraw your consent to process personal information by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section below. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.  This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
